Environmental protection is an integral component of the holistic quality control at Deutsche Mechatronics GmbH. On the company site as a whole, in product development and in production, the company places lasting value on a responsible approach to the resources at its disposal, and has already received several awards for this. Deutsche Mechatronics is certified to the international environmental standard DIN EN ISO 14001.
This means that we are committed to operating in an ecologically sustainable way, and to take ecologically and economically beneficial measures to reduce impacts on the environment. Environmental damages are therefore avoided, and at the same time precautionary measures, environmental remediation and control over measurable outcomes such as wastewater and emissions are carried out. Every three years, this is reviewed by independent environmental experts in the fields of environmental policy, environmental management, and compliance with statutory regulations. The individual responsibility of industry, in the way in which it deals with its direct and indirect impacts on the environment, plays a crucial role. For us, it is not only a question of respecting the prescribed limits, but above all a matter of the company’s defined environmental policy.
