As with mechanics, we make use of the expertise of our electrical engineers, state-of-the-art design tools and E-CAD systems. Connection to professional ERP systems is essential, to be able to attain the set goals quickly. A controlled exchange of data and the administration of different stages of product development are indispensible, especially for managing product variants.
We always have experts on control system programming as integral members of our development team, in addition to mechanical systems and electrical engineering design. Intelligent mechatronic products and devices need correspondingly high-performance activation and coordination of the requirements of other sectors. Passing the right parameters to the next level of machine control at the right time is an ongoing challenge that we are happy to undertake as part of cross-sector task definition.
With cross-sector task definitions, there is an ongoing goal of functional improvements of overarching processes by means of a geometry optimised by fluid mechanics. Therefore, we use, as well as our fluid mechanics engineers and thermodynamic experts, the appropriate product development tools in order to develop series production solutions more quickly. As a first step, an overnight computer run to calculate complex fluidic connections is preferred to an expensive geometric sample.
