Here at Deutsche Mechatronics, we give priority to the function of the product in the process. Whether we are concerned with mechanics, electrical engineering or software, we think "mechatronically". We ensure that your product is made to measure. That is why it is developed and designed right from the beginning with the function in mind.
With innovation and flexibility, user benefits for our customers are developed for every device and system, making use of the latest technology. Our interdisciplinary project teams use functional and value-analysis design methods for representing function sequences.
Every mechatronic design is placed from the outset on a course leading to a quick integration into the product line. This means that special emphasis is placed on minimising critical interfaces in order to save time and money.
Interdisciplinary project teams are the pillars of every development. The type of technical problem of the client determines the role of software, mechanic and electrical engineering, and we use our resources accordingly.
We apply functional and value-analytical design methods. Diverse information is brought together and represented in function sequences. For example, a design originally based on the use of metal-cutting will be replaced by an adhesive or bonding technique that benefits our clients because of lightweight construction and more efficient use of materials.
Using the latest technology, the optimal manufacturing method is chosen for every device and system. For example, a specially developed hydroform procedure is employed for the manufacture of implosion/explosion-proof stainless steel mouldings. Fluid mechanics developments from process engineering, along with a fluid-cooled infrared drying module, are provided for optimum heating or cooling of products. With the support of industrial image processing, optical recognition and measuring systems are developed, e.g. for 2D sheet metal blanks (further information).
